How do I establish a company

An establishment of a company (Corporate/ Public Limited Company – AG or Limited Liability Corporation/ Private Limited Company – GmbH) with domizil4u is very simple and fast. Furthermore you benefit from site advantages in cantons with favourable taxation.
Procedure
After we have received the necessary information from you (please refer to our documentation for the necessary documents for your company formation), domizil4u provides the following services for you:
- Startup consultation as needed.
- Verification of the company name with the federal commercial register.
- Assistance in setting up a capital blocking account with the bank.
- Preparation of all foundation documents.
- Conducting the founding meeting with our notary.
- Registration of the company with the commercial register office.
Please note
At least one person with single signature, domiciled in Switzerland, must be registered at the Register of Commerce, or two persons or more with joint signature at two. These persons do not necessarily have to be shareholders, respectively associates.
It is possible to establish the company with one person only. Founders can be substituted at the assembly for the establishment of the company. In this case, an assigned person of domizil4u will act in place of the founder(s) at the assembly for the establishment of the company with the notary. The establishment of the company is conducted on a trust basis.
Presenting the extract of the Register of Commerce of the new company, the bank will deliberate the blocked assets and the company is free to dispose entirely of the assets.
